This machine is a special equipment for hot-melt bottom sealing of packaging bags based on paper-plastic composite. The bottom sealing bags produced by hot-melt adhesive tape are both standard and practical.It is the preferred equipment for PVC and bulk powder packaging and container inflatable bag users. This machine sets through manual plus mechanical positioning device for automatic positioning, bag slices through the octagonal knife and fixed knife equipped with automatic photoelectric control will cut off the tape instantly, clean and neat, sealing size standard, smooth shape, packaging in place to reduce labor intensity, improve production efficiency.

Technological process:
1. paper plastic three in one bag can be positioned by manual and mechanical positioning device.
2. Transport to the sewing machine by feeding the bag wheel for seaming the bottom, hot melting, pressing,paper-cut tape, automatic bag folding, counting and other processes.
3. Hot melt and enter the sealing machine. The hot melt adhesive tape paper is heated and pressed and bonded to the bright surface at the bottom of the bag. The sewing thread and the needle hole are wrapped.
4. Then the position between the two bags is tracked by the photoelectric eye, and the sewing thread and hot melt adhesive tape between the two bags are cut off by the pneumatic octagonal knife.
